About the Opportunity

Due to continued expansion, Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is currently seeking a Patient Services Support Officer to administer Account Enquiries at their Toowong facilities.

This role will suit an individual with excellent customer service skills, as you answer incoming calls within the Patient Services Accounts Enquiries Contact Centre. The primary aim of the position is to assist customers to resolve their account enquiries and concerns.

This is a Full Time role, working 37.5 hours a week on a rotating roster between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, plus involvement in a Saturday roster. There are no formal qualifications required for success in this role.
